Procedures :
1). Filling the inquiry above.
2). Buyer or Mandate Buyer send Letter of Intent (LOI) through our email address at aldeoztradingcoal@gmail.com 3). Please confirm about Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) from buyer and Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) or L/C draft;
4). We will send FCO with latest COSA/COA and B/L officially within 3-days of work since LOI, BCL and SBLC/ LC draft received effectively;
5). Buyer issuing ICPO and "Contract Supply" draft to us through our email address as mentioned above;
6). Seller issuing official Invitation Letter to site visit.
